Had a small issue with a necklace that my daughter bought me for Christmas and Marcella took excellent care in sorting everything out in record time! Would love to see more detail/dimensions/pictures of pieces on models to give a better idea of size online. I was so pleased with this product bought in Eire that on my return home back to the UK , I decided to visit the Frost Couture website and proceeded to buy a further 2 pairs of earrings in different colours.
